This is an ancient and sacred advanced form of natural healing involving the laying of the hands to channel energy. This energy brings the body, mind and spirit into balance, in order to aid the process of reducing pain, and relieving stress. Reiki is felt as gentle warmth that vitalizes the whole system. It is very relaxing and meditative.

The Reiki practitioner places their hands over your fully clothed body to activate the flow of the “Ki” By the end of the session you will feel harmony with your inner being. We incorporate this beautiful energy into most of our treatments.
